PATA POTEA: MKU JOURNALISM STUDENTS UNMASK UNTOLD STREET VICES IN ELDORET (STARRING AGNES KANALI AS AWINJA)

A reasonable number of unwitty students and innocent citizens have often been doped by a variety of con men and women in murky ways that leave many broke, if not broken or heartbroken. The cons who disguise in the humblest and most innocent of attires possible always show up in the most unexpected circumstances and just as quick as they appeared, they seemingly disappear swiftly leaving you robbed of the valuables you treasure. This happens daily in every corner of our streets and the Mount Kenya university Journalism students made it their obligation to express this vice in film form to the globe. The movie is dubbed 'PATA POTEA', Swahili for 'get and get lost', starring Agnes Kanali as Awinja alongside other top MKU and MOI UNIVERSITY actors and actresses.

The ambitious songbird gets robbed of her guitar(something she heartedly cherishes) while on her way from a band rehearsal. It depicts how a stranger who poised as a good friend ends up eloping with her guitar. Produced by Owen Musila of FourFilms, this is a story you wouldn't want to miss.
