Different towns and cities have various estates where business people, workers and students live but the fact is that the residents who occupy this residential areas vary according to the living standard of each individual .Obviously, the so called rich occupied the more developed areas while the less fortunate shelter in the less developed estates.

       Basing my fact to the city of champions Eldoret, Eldoret has got the highest number of students compared with other towns. In this case students occupied a large percentage rental houses in the estates that surrounds the entire town. Occupants also in this case mostly the students vary according to living standard of their families hence some occupied the less developed estates while those who called themselves rich occupied the more advanced rentals houses in the more developed estates . But theory of where you come from, where you live where you study is not of much than what brought you to this town

      Kipkaren is one of the known estate in Eldoret and it is looked upon by some students that it is unsafe and unworthy estate to live in , it’s as if they have been assigned to rumor monger around spoiling the name of kipkaren, is it because they don’t afford to live there or what might be the case. Surprising if you dare to ask them where kipkaren is , they can even locate the direction alone , they have never gone there and witness how paradise and self contained Kipkaren is . In fact most of them are living in aluminium apartments or living with their cousins, relatives or friends and yet they have never shut up and talk positive about others residence

      Tour or make any visit to Kipkaren and you will find the place more comfortable than you had imagine. The only estate in Eldoret that enjoys the cool breeze of Sosiani River and more unique is that, it’s the only place where you can view the entire town of Eldoret and easily locate any building you want.
